PARENTS' CORNER

 

As the parent of a student needing Exceptional Student Services, you have been through a lot already. Whether this is your first rodeo or this is old hat to you, there always seems to be something new to learn, different to try or way to think. 

 

Every parent handles their student differently and adjusts to their learning needs in their own way. The best advice we can give you is -- YOU CAN DO THIS (and so can they). We will help you by developing strategies to try. If one doesn't work, we can give you another one.

 

The best thing you can do is to be open, ask questions, don't be scared to try something new and above all -- enjoy your student. They may learn differently, but they will love learning with you.
